This privacy policy applies to the mobile app Naxper and associated websites. Both together are referred to as “Services”.

  • 2. Data that we collect and process

    The use of our services is possible by providing personal data. The registration requires an email address for identification and a password which is stored in encrypted form. The account created is supplemented by non-personal data when used.

    We assign the following data to the account and store them:

    Your interaction with the services, such as:

    - Language

    - Progress of your hero

    - Guild messages

    - "Last seen" status

    Technical data transmitted by you and your device, such as:

    - Name (Support request)

    - Email address

    - Encrypted password

    - IP address

    - Country

    - Date of registration of your account

    If contact is made with us by email or via the support system, the personal data transmitted by the data subject will be stored if necessary in the specific case. Such personal data transmitted to us on a voluntary basis by a data subject will be used for the purpose of processing or contacting the data subject.

    We also process data on the frequency of use and user behaviour for the purpose of operating the services.

  • 3. How and for what purpose we process data

    We use your information to operate our services, fulfill your specific requests, and purchase orders and to send you purchase confirmation and other account-related information. Your participation in our services is conditional upon our collection, use, storage, transmission and public display of data (such as your hero, guild messages and achievements) generated through your participation.

    We will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

    The security of your personal data is important to us. We make every effort to protect the personal data and currently store it exclusively in Germany. Because absolute security cannot be guaranteed, we are constantly working to find the best possible solutions. If you have any questions about security, please feel free to contact us via the support system.

    We will store personal data for as long as (a) it is necessary to provide the services to you; and/or (b) it is necessary in view of the contractual relationship with you. Thereafter, the data will only be stored if and to the extent that we are obliged to do so by law. If we no longer need the relevant personal data for the purposes described above, these personal data will only be stored for the duration of the respective statutory retention obligations and will not be processed for other purposes.

    You have the right to request information about your personal data processed.

    The right to correction of incorrect or complete personal data stored.

    The right to receive your personal data that you have provided.

    You have the right to have your personal data deleted. According to this provision, your right to have your data erased may be excluded due to a conflicting interest.

    The social buttons shown in the services, in protected form, serve only as static links to the pages operated by us on these platforms and therefore do not represent a direct integration of the respective plug-in providers.

    If reference is made directly or indirectly to links that are outside our area of responsibility, we shall only be liable if we were aware of the content and it would have been technically possible and reasonable for us to prevent its use in the event of illegal content. If any damage occurs by the use of information presented there, only the author of the respective pages might be liable, not the one who has linked to these pages.
